animating lenticular portraits

These portraits were devised for the Arts project at the Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital. I photographed a group of children from a local school, each of them normally and then again producing their best funny face. The lenticular process combines the two images so as you walk past, the picture pulls a face at you. Simple but effective. The arts project as a whole won the Saltire Society award for Art and Craft in Archtecture. The project was curated by PACE.
