East Neuk Labyrinth floor installation Crail Village Hall as part of the East Neuk Festival
Working with local artist Hilke Macintyre we made an illustrative maze based loosely on a map of the East Neuk. Pale grey industrial flooring was installed in the hall, then the design was applied in black cut vinyl section by section. Finally it was sealed with a highly durable liquid varnish.
The design went on to have another life and now appears on a frosted glass screen in Waid Academy, Anstruther.
